SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING
We are thrilled to offer FREE domestic shipping via USPS within the United States on all orders $100+. Current processing times are 1-3 business days for most orders. However, we try our best to ship out orders on the same, or following business day. Please note, custom items may have different processing times, so please read item descriptions carefully.  
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders: we are happy to offer international shipping via USPS and UPS (per the customer's preference), for a fee, calculated at checkout. We have proudly shipped to 26+ countries and counting - don't see your country available at checkout? Shoot us an email at help@beadsbytara.com and we will work to quickly add it to our shipping options. Please note, all incurred import duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer.
90-DAY WARRANTY
We are delighted to guarantee a 90-Day Warranty on all our designs, effective on the date of delivery. Fine jewelry is guaranteed for 2 years. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as premature tarnishing, faulty/broken components, and does not cover against personal incidentals. We have full faith that our jewels are properly inspected and produced to ensure your orders arrive smoothly.
While we do our very best to ensure defects and damage never occur, if you do receive a damaged item or have a manufacturing fault occurs, please contact us immediately at help@beadsbytara.com and we will resolve this ASAP! After 90 days from your order being placed, any damages to your jewels are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing defect. Please note, damage incurred due to improper care do not fall under this coverage.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Insurance is offered via our BBT Shipping Protection, and is a small fee automatically added at checkout to every order, excluding Shop Pay orders. Customers who remove this insurance are not eligible for refund or replacement if their order is lost in transit or misdelivered by the mail courier. Insurance claims must be filed less than 30 days from shipment date of package, and may be initiated by emailing customer support at help@beadsbytara.com. Our Shipping Protection policy covers the replacement of packages in the event they are lost in transit. Requests for refunds in lieu of a replacement order are made on a case by case basis, as determined by the merchant.
Please note: Orders that are lost, but marked as delivered by the mail service are void of insurance claims, unless a written notice from the mail courier is obtained confirming misdelivery. Questions or claims regarding these orders must be handled directly between the customer and the shipping carrier, as we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the postal carrier.
