 Return Policy
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only, within 30 days of delivery date. Since a portion of every sale is donated to our non-profit partner organizations, we do not offer refunds. 

 Please note, all custom/personalized designs and sale designs (including "Final Few” and sample sale) are final sale. Please take a moment to read item description carefully and measure prior to ordering to guarantee your perfect fit. 

You may initiate the return process by emailing us at help@beadsbytara.com with your name, order number, and items you wish to return for credit. We will issue store credit within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.

Conditions for Return
  • Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition in order to be eligible for credit.
  • All original packaging (jewelry pouches) and/or promotional gifts with purchase must be returned with the order
  • All custom and personalized items are final sale.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
  • Store Credit may not be used toward permanent jewelry

Beads by Tara reserves he right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.

 DAMAGES and DEFECTS
90-Day Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our jewels, but mistakes happen! All our pieces come backed by our 90-Day Warranty. In the unfortunate event of a manufacturing defect, please email us and we will issue a prepaid return label to replace the faulty piece. Alternatively, store credit may be requested if the customer does not want a replacement. Please note, our 90-Day Warranty does not cover any incurred damage from harsh wear and tear. Overstretched bracelets are considered user wear and tear. Full refunds will be made on a limited case by case basis.

Incorrect Item Received
In the event that part of, or your entire order is incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and we will be glad to help with any issues! Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Coupons
Coupon codes may be shared via Instagram. Coupon codes must be used at the time of placing the order and cannot be applied after the matter.
