Store Credit: 
We are happy to offer store credit if your new piece is not up to your liking. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please email us at to begin the return process. Please note, customer is responsible for all shipping fees. 
In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within days of delivery and we will be glad to help with any issues! Items must be unused and in original packaging. In case of a manufacturing defect, a replacement item will be shipped, or store credit may alternatively be requested. Any incurred damage from harsh wear is not eligible for a replacement. Refunds or exchanges for special requests will be made on a case by case basis by the seller.

We are happy to accommodate exchanges on rings, if sizing is incorrect. Since we cannot guarantee inventory at the time of the exchange, we ask that you please purchase the correct size, and then contact us at with your original order number, so that we may process a return for the incorrect size.
