Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds at the moment – all items are final sale. Sizing measurements are provided under every item description, so please measure prior to ordering to guarantee your perfect fit. Please take a moment to read item description carefully. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns you may have before placing an order to ensure sizing is accurate.
In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and we will be glad to help with any issues! Items must be unused and in original packaging. Any incurred damage from harsh wear is not eligible for a replacement. Once the defective/incorrect item is received, we will ship out your replacement, if approved. Refunds or exchanges for special requests will be made on a case by case basis by the merchant, valid for store credit only.
We are happy to offer exchanges on rings, if sizing is incorrect. Since we cannot guarantee inventory at the time of the exchange, we ask that you please purchase the correct size, and then contact us at email@example.com so we can process a return for the incorrect size.
Coupon codes may be shared via Instagram. Coupon codes must be used at the time of placing the order and cannot be applied after the matter.
