How often should I clean my jewelry?

Why is there a color difference in my gold?
Depending on the karat of gold (10k, 14, 18k), your pieces may reflect a slightly different hue. Richer, warmer gold is often 18k (reflecting a higher percentage of gold to alloy ration), whereas lighter gold is often 14k (reflecting a lower percentage of gold to alloy ratio)
