You should receive a confirmation to your email once your order is placed. Please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder if you do not see an email. Feel free to contact us if you have any issues!

Order Cancellation

Once your order is placed, our team begins working immediately to process and ship your jewelry. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been received.

We work quickly to process and fulfill your order, so you are welcome to email us with an address revision as soon as you place your order. We will try our best to amend the order, however, we unfortunately cannot guarantee anything once an order has begun processing on our end.

We are proud to offer international shipping to most countries via USPS First Class International, or UPS International couriers. If you do not see your country listed in the shipping options at checkout, please feel free to email us and we can likely ship to you.

With the exception of certain custom items (who state processing times in the product listing), we aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends). Sometimes, we get your order out within hours!

Once you receive a shipping notification email, please allow 2-4 business days for orders to arrive to you in the continental United States, and 2-4 weeks for the rest of the world, dependant on shipping carrier.
