We offer 25+ different chain options at any given moment. We do not work with plated metals or chains. All our chains are safe to shower and keep on 24/7.

We offer a variety of 14k Gold Fill + Sterling Silver, and 14k Solid Gold chains that are priced per inch that vary from and start at $15/inch and $25/inch, respectively.

We also offer 14k Gold Fill charms and 14k Birthstone connectors as add ons, that you may select from during your appointment. Please note, we aim to keep all chains and charms in stock, but cannot guarantee inventory. 

No! Walk in anytime to experience our charm bar + permanent jewelry activations. For bigger groups of 6+, we recommend emailing us one day prior to ensure to your visit to ensure we block off sufficient time.

We ensure your jewelry is securely fastened before you leave your appointment, and pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide. In the unfortunate case that your permanent piece breaks, re-installation is complimentary for life, if your piece breaks at the jump ring where it is attached.

If your piece breaks along the chain, and not at the jump ring, this is considered user wear and tear, and we offer repairs for a small fee.

Yes! Our chains, like the rest of our entire jewelry line, are TSA-friendly, so you will never need to worry about taking it off.

In the event you need an MRI or simply need a break from your permanent piece, removing your piece is easy.

Carefully use a set of nail clippers or wire cutters to cut your piece at the jump ring where the bracelet is welded. If you keep your chain, we are happy to re-attach it back on for a small fee - no appointment needed, just walk in!
